Ten Indian nationals, residing illegally within the US, have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Boston for conspiring to hold out staged armed robberies at comfort shops for the aim of visa fraud.

All 10 defendants have been beforehand charged by felony criticism and launched on situations. Rameshbhai Patel and Ronakkumar Patel have been taken into immigration custody.
The defendants are topic to deportation upon completion of any sentence imposed, Justice Division mentioned Thursday.
