NEW DELHI: Bihar chief minister Samrat Choudhary on Thursday retained key portfolios, together with basic administration, residence, cupboard secretariat, vigilance and civil aviation, because the Bihar Cupboard portfolios have been allotted following the formation of the brand new authorities. Departments that haven’t been assigned to any minister may also stay below the chief minister.
