Kanimozhi seeks separate Lok Sabha seating for DMK MPs after Congress exit
Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) chief Kanimozhi Karunanidhi on Saturday requested Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla to vary her occasion’s seating association within the Home, citing “modified political circumstances” after the Congress exited the DMK-led Secular Progressive Alliance (SPA).
“I write to respectfully request appropriate adjustments within the seating association of the Members of Parliament belonging to the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) within the Lok Sabha.
