Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena on Tuesday devoted 15 widespread facility centres (CFCs) throughout the Union territory to strengthen micro-enterprises, generate livelihood alternatives for girls and youth inside their very own villages and assist scale back migration.
