NEW DELHI: In a serious security lapse, a lady cadet pilot was requested to deboard from a twin engine coach plane at a Kanpur flying coaching organisation late on Friday (June 26) night time with the propellers nonetheless working. As she was getting away from the aircraft, the propeller hit her again and sources say she received “grievously injured”. She is hospitalised, they add.The flying coaching organisation (FTO) allegedly didn’t report this accident to the Directorate Common of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
