We can be found for any help,” the mission stated.The accident occurred on Saturday when a speedboat carrying 32 Indian vacationers and 4 native crew members capsized close to Hon Could Rut Ngoai, off Phu Quoc Island. Fifteen Indian vacationers died, whereas 17 others had been rescued.The embassy stated 16 of the 17 survivors have been discharged from hospital and are on their method again to India.
