Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Friday ordered an inquiry into the dying of a 22-year-old undergraduate pupil, who died of suspected suicide after he was booked for an offence of littering on the roadside.
Police stated the deceased was a resident of Mapusa in North Goa. Earlier on Thursday, a video was shared on social media, purportedly exhibiting an area particular person confronting the coed for allegedly dumping rubbish on the aspect of the street within the Mapusa space.
