The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Monday walked out of the Rajya Sabha over remarks made by Bharatiya Janata Get together (BJP) lawmaker Nishikant Dubey in regards to the get together’s founder and former Odisha chief minister Biju Patnaik.
