The announcement was made on Wednesday, on the inaugural day of the two-day Nationwide Stakeholders’ Session 2026 held in New Delhi. Through the session, the Jharkhand Synthetic Intelligence (AI) Coverage 2026–2031 was proposed, which goals to combine AI throughout totally different authorities sectors like healthcare, agriculture, schooling, mining, environmental administration and catastrophe response.
The state authorities has proposed an funding of Rs 1,150 crore over the subsequent 5 years to construct AI infrastructure, strengthen digital capabilities, help innovation and speed up AI adoption throughout departments.
