Repoll in West Bengal: EC orders contemporary voting in 15 cubicles in Magrahat Paschim, Diamond Harbour
The Election Fee (EC) has ordered a repoll at 11 polling stations in 142-Magrahat Paschim meeting constituency and 4 polling stations in 143-Diamond Harbour meeting constituency in South 24 Parganas district in West Bengal
The polling can be held on Saturday, Could 2, from 7 AM to six PM.
Voting at these cubicles was held on April 29 throughout the second section of the West Bengal meeting election, however the EC has declared the ballot void underneath Part 58(2) of the Illustration of the Individuals Act, 1951.
